RRHH

The success of our business will depend directly on the human team we have, accounting for 50% of it. The most common problems in today's hospitality businesses are the lack of trained staff and high staff turnover.

The extra salary usually paid for trained personnel becomes an unsustainable burden if applied across all departments. Therefore, it is of vital importance to include an annual budget item for personnel training in the business's opening budgets, adjusted to the scale of our company. Additionally, having an in-house or external HR department is essential to assist in selecting the optimal candidates for each position.

Online Advisory Department

Being in direct online contact with all our customers allows us to quickly address the inquiries that arise daily. It also enables us to analyze balances and statistics as they occur, allowing us to rectify and correct any detected deviations before the regular closing of our fiscal year.
